In June 2009, the company EWOS CHILE Ltda. decided to repair 4 of their galvanized silos
(‘Planta Coronel’) that were affected by gases from combustion.

The customer decided to apply two layers of 60 µm ZINGA on the most critical areas (contact with gases) and one layer of 60 µm ZINGA on the back side in order to recharge the original galvanization and keep the cathodic protection.
The application started in September 2009.
